The Retro Pond Skim is Blue Mountain Resort's end-of-season splash. Skiers and snowboarders, many dressed in vintage ski gear, try to glide across a pond built at the bottom of the Smart Alec trail, while spectators watch from the sides.
It takes place Saturday, April 3, 2027. The day also includes an on-mountain beer garden and an après event. Exact skim times and participant registration had not been posted yet; registration is listed as coming soon.
Blue Mountain is about 35 minutes from Wasaga Beach.
