The Collingwood Music Festival brings Men of the Deeps, a choir made up of Cape Breton coal miners, to town for an early December concert. The singers perform in miners' hard hats with headlamps, and the show mixes Cape Breton songs with storytelling and folklore.
The concert is Saturday, December 5, at 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Collingwood. Tickets are sold by reserved seat through the festival's online box office, and the festival has said only a few remain.
Collingwood is about 20 minutes from Wasaga Beach.
